| CBA Skill Training  Skill training is what we consider our most important element. During the skill training sessions we will cover ball-handling, individual offensive moves, footwork, passing, shooting, as well as speed and agility. Cost is $50 for 4 sessions: You will be issued a punch card that we will keep and punch with each training session. All skills training for the spring season will be at Barat Academy. If you have sessions from last year left, they will be honored this year.
Fall
skill training will begin Monday, August 22nd at the new Barat Academy
Chesterfield site. The new facility has a much bigger gym and we are
excited about the new possibilities! The address is 17815 Wildhorse
Creek Road, Chesterfield, MO. Times for the fall (August 22-Oct. 31) of 2011:
3rd-5th grade - Mondays 6:30-7:30
6th-7th grade - Mondays 7:30-8:30
8th grade - Mondays 8:30-9:30
**Notes: We will not have training on Monday, September 5th which is Labor Day.
Please print out and complete the CBA Training Form and bring with your child to their first training session. All players will be required to fill out a new CBA Training form for the 2011-12 season.
